Open the Champagne

Robert Allen Warrior, who occasionally comments here (and is known to harbor pro-UCONN tendencies, at least through Sunday night) is moving on from Oklahoma to UIUC next Fall, as director of the American Indian Studies program and the Native American House.

Talk about a slow news day!

I just want to point out that there's a difference between rooting for a team on the one hand and supporting a team because they are playing a team you really hope will lose on the other.

(Trying to type Go Husk....just can't bring myself to do it.)

PS--I'm already imagining how our program at Illinois can sign on to the .nai proposal. I know there are a couple of geeks or so on that campus.
