she misses the 20 shakedown when-can-you-pay calls per day by the lender. a year of that (sunday's excepted) may cause some ... loan rage.

Or MIA's 'Paper Planes', if you're feeling very mildly funky.
But man, what a @#$%! chorus.
Punk rock.

I read it yesterday too. "Trash-out refinances," just beautiful.
I've been reading Calculated Risk for about a year or so. Another excellent blog. CR is great, but Tanta is gold.
Lately for me, I've noticed the more esoteric the blog, the more interesting to follow. I don't know if you like the word esoteric, but I include Wampum in there. Native Americans, Internet regulation, party politics, Maine, condors, autism, Iranian elections, and so on. I tell friends and acquaintances about the angle of McCain blackmailing his way to the nomination thanks to Jack Abramoff and I get blank stares. Go read the blog, I tell them, but I'm afraid they don't. So, alas, esoteric.
It's nice to see two blogs I really like connecting. Take care.

Todd,
There's a reason why we get so few comments at Wampum, and its because some people leave such good comments that it scares off all the others ;-)
But thanks all the same!
