Four pages to save the world
Indonesia, Australia and South Africa have edited a text that amounts to just four pages which is circulating this weekend at the UN Climate Change Conference in Bali. The text affirms that the science is unequivocal and that prevention of the worst effects of climate change requires the developed states to reduce their emissions of green house gases by 24% to 40%, relative to 1990, by 2020.
