Both Jim Capozzola and Steve Gilliard worked as bloggers as if what they personally did actually mattered. They played ball. They defeated the Lords of Xibalba, until they were overcome, and sacrificed, by One Death and Seven Death, their hearts torn out for "managed care" profit.

Single payer is not optional. Anything less is simply rinse and repeat of death-for-profit of bloggers who have grit and lack the entitlements of some pointless class moyen occupations.
