As far as I'm concerned...
Susie is still my hero. In fact, Knox might have won if the campaign would have followed her advice more often, rather than going pursuing the "safe course". Knox was an insurgent candidate - you don't win by playing the same old game, particularly in Philly. The deck was stacked against him - mix things up, screw playing it safe. That was Susie's mantra. Instead, they got corn beef and cabbage, not Jamaican jerk.
All that being said, you political campaigns, especially in the Philly area - you'd be a complete fool not to nab this seasoned communications professional up. No one knows Phllly better than Susie, particuarly Democratic Philly. She's going to need a job, and you need a real local, a working class local, not someone who has run campaigns in, well, Montana and Alabama. You want a professional? Well, dammit, then hire one. Stop screwing around and act like winning is the goal, not employing the trust fund twenty-something babies of your peers.
