Yum...
Tonight was frybread night. With chicken cooked all day in my new crock pot and carne asada on the stove. Corn, black beans, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and picante piled high over golden spheres.
The kids had frybread with honey and butter - it actually comes in a container pre-mixed around here, specifically for frybread and sopapillos.
Tonight, the astronomy club of Las Vegas is continuing their Sky Party at the group site here at the campground. We all had a blast last night, and, you know, Saturn really does have rings. Eric and Grace are already over there, and I hope to make it after the smaller bugs crash.
