Tech (You-Tube) help needed.

I have a video file (the webcast found here at Senate Indian Affairs.) I only need the last three minutes. Can anyone help me convert those last three minutes to YouTube?

Thank you in advance. I've been trying, and failing miserably.

I think I can do it. I'll give it a try when I get home from work. Five hours from now...

Nez, I can't seem to change the .ram file without paying for new software.

Station Agent, thank you so much.

Hey there. I am sorry to say I could not get the job done. My software couldn't play that clip. It's frustrating. It's like they don't want bloggers getting that video.
