My title at Zuky is World Leaders Go For Missy Elliot Look, but it's a slightly different photo that looks more bubble-like than this one. Also, I'm hypothesizing that the Vietnamese summit hosts were secretly laughing their asses off when they got Bush and Putin into those funky tunics.

By the way, that's Hu Jintao, not Jiang Zemin.
