The day Shinzo Abe arrived in South Korea for his first visit there in his new capacity as Prime Minister of Japan. The day Ban Ki-Moon was named by the UN Security Council to replace Kofi Annan.

Bush, Bolton and Bluster got us this far, and, in theory, Bush, Bolton and Bluster are going to fix what they broke ... using the same methodology used previously.
