The Republicans of Iowa Caucuses
Bill Frist put Jim Leach's somewhat vacuous "Internet Gaming" bill in the Defense Appropriations Bill. My bet is that Frist wants the endorsement from the anti-war, won't-bother-to-campaign, local-races-should-be-local, Republican incumbent in the IA-02 (our "home" in Iowa).
