Amnesty?

Perhaps the language used by certain elements of the GOP with regard to immigration reform should be adopted for use on other issues. For instance:

Should the President and members of his administration be given amnesty for violations of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)?
Russ Feingold, and a few others, can answer a straight foward "no" to that question. Others may have to bob and weave.
