Which means that slightly more than just myself, MB, Dwight, Chris Miller and Carole Whelan now have a clue that state's governors can incrementally disarm the NeoCon war, and drive state-sized holes through the careless fiction of a Unilateralist Article II (War Powers) Uber President and his unanswerability to Congress, or the Courts.

Any candidate for Governor. Democrat, Republican, Green, Independent, Libretarian, Socialist, ... can run a referendum on the current insanity.
Any candidate for any office running against any incumbant Governor endorssed candidate, where the incumbant Governor is silent on the authority explicit in Article 1, Section 8, clause 15 ... can run a referendum on the current insanity.
Ralph Nader in every state where the incumbant Governor is a Bush War supporter. Drooling or dry lipped. It matters not a whit.
What this country needs now is a Governor who knows that Washington's powers are limited. If George Wallace were alive today I'd be ringing his political director's telephone.
I'm much more comfortable in the United States than in Team USA.
