Up until 2001, Steven Silver was also one of the lobbyist for the US Telephone Association. On each of the filings from 1998 through 2001, he named four issues on which he lobbied Congress:
Universal Service Fund
Balance Budget Act
GSA Procurement for FTS Services
Reimbersement of Expenses for Wiretapping under Federal Law
Barbour Griffith & Rogers were also lobbying a similar issue for the US Telephone Association. They however referenced it as the Communications Assistance for the 1994 Law Enforcement Act.
Anyway, just an interesting tidbit of superfluous information.
