Alito to replace Amin
Rizgar Mohammed Amin just resigned as Chief Judge in the jurisdictionally challenged trial of a Head of State held captive by an Occupying Power. Its a job that Samuel Alito, Jr. could handle, with the oddish caveat that his deferential attitude towards a unitary executive would probably require him to free Saddam Hussein and order most of CENTCOM brass and Paul Bremmer's hatchlings of sock puppets and collaborators to be clapped in irons and hung in chains. Which, as Jon Stewart points out from time to time, may not be such a bad thing.
The identities of the other five empanneled judges (or persons who appear regularly in court in the costumes of judges) is unknown. How this Hanging Court gets to "legit" will be even more fantastic than my poor attempt at satire.

Great idea! And it would be real good experience for him.
