Ouch!

The DCCC is now chaired by Congressman [no corrections] Rahm Emanuel from the 5th district of Illinois in Chicago ... who voted for the USA Dead Parrot Act, er, USA Patriot Act.

Apparently Districts in which Democrats are competitive in the House are in a different universe than States in which Democrats are competitive in the Senate.
