Janice Brown and Childhood Lead Poisoning (faxed)

I sat on this becase shortly after I wrote it, it appeared that if there was a vote, it would be on Rule 22, not on the de-merits of this particular re-nominee. Now anything is possible.

I held off sending this as I was confident of your views on Rule 22. If a vote on Janice Brown takes place as a compromise, I hope you'll read this and vote against a woman of color, because she's also much more wrong than right.
