The MSF/Oxfam stuck-on-the-Port-Blair-tarmac situation will be mentioned to the staff of the President of India, Dr. Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam, tomorrow, and directly to the US Ambassador to India, Dr. David C. Mulford, also tomorrow.
Dr. Kalam has a ballistic missile with package background.
Dr. Mulford was Under Secretary and Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury for International Affairs during the period 1984 TO 1992.
