Not that it was easy. Fafblog has made me snort things out my nose which, in and of itself, is funny. Rude Pundit has actually stolen my breath - and made my friends hate me for turning them onto it because we wish WE said that. Norbizness, on the other hand, makes my husband giggle, and that's not easy to do. I owe him something for that.

Posted by: gmb at January 7, 2005 09:52 PMI've had a huge crush on the funny [often subtly so - which is hard to pull off] and hella smart author of alicublog for-friggin'-ever, but he modestly asked that we refrain from voting for him. Still, despite his request - and even if it's not a "funny" topic [much of what he writes isn't] - I'd like to see him get major props for being the only blogger I noticed who caught this story.
Therefore, I have a difficult choice between the excellent also rans [running?] who have "consistently made [me] laugh this year". Have to say that Jesus' General and AdNags have really made me laugh. AdNags is especially fun because you get to play along. And Rude Pundit has made me laugh so hard that it's made me so short of breath I thought my childhood asthma was coming back.
But TBogg gets my vote for making me laugh and think hard at the same time. In fact, after the election, in a dark and melodramatic [and hungover] moment when I thought I'd never laugh again, he gave me my first chuckle.
The General is THE best.

==> Gen. J.C. Christian
(Although I still maintain there should be a Most Heterosexual Blog category in which he would easily take all comers.)
(And now that I think of it, there really should also be a Most Rude Blog category.)
