Some down-time today (update)

The Bangor (Prexar) facility is carrying out a change of addresses, from one block allocation to another. This will affect wampum. I'll be making the dns change synchronous with the change of the addresses on the server, but there could be an hour or more of down-time today.

The address switch should happen within the next 36 hours.
