Posted by: lea-p at January 25, 2004 02:40 AMI can't believe how many votes Kos is getting. I find that sight crowded and busy and confusing. But then I like Crooked Timber, Electrolite, and This Modern World best, so obviously I go for the clean look.
I've tried and tried and I just can't decide between Crooked Timber and Elecrolite. Can't I vote for both?

Posted by: richard at January 25, 2004 05:30 PMNot Geniuses. And for the record, I love Electrolite, but Best Design finalist? Ummmm...most of the designers I know would have a chuckle about that one.
Posted by: Oliver at January 25, 2004 05:39 PMWe're supposed to vote for "the design that you find most useful and esthetically pleasing." "Most useful" and "most esthetically pleasing" don't necessarily go hand in hand. I would vote for This Modern World for the latter, but for the former Kos wins hands down even though I don't find it esthetic at all. Since I gotta value "useful" above "pretty," I vote for Kos.
