WASHINGTON -- Two-thirds of those questioned in a new poll say President Bush is not spending enough time on domestic problems, but he still gets an overall 69 percent job approval rating, according to an ABC News survey. The poll also indicated that Democratic presidential hopefuls have an uphill battle. Read a list of names of potential Democratic contenders and asked whom they would vote for in a primary, 41 percent of Democrats said "no opinion." Edmund G. Brown Jr., the former governor of California, came in second, with 24 percent of the Democrats saying they would vote for him in a primary. Gov. L. Douglas Wilder of Virginia garnered 13 percent. Candidates who were already in the race or planning to "officially" announce were Jerry Brown, Paul Tsongas, Bob Kerrey, Doug Wilder, Tom Harkin and Bill Clinton.
