Bush still a "C" student...

Over at Polling Report, I ran across this Time/CNN/Harris Interactive poll from September 3-4:

"In your view, is George W. Bush one of our greatest presidents, a good but not great president, an average president, or a poor president?"

One of Our Greatest: 9%
Good: 28%
Average: 39%
Poor: 23%
Too Soon To Tell: 1%

Compare that with same poll 21 months ago:

One of Our Greatest: 15%
Good: 40%
Average: 35%
Poor: 6%
Too Soon To Tell: 3%

Looks like the war on Iraq has transformed Jr. from an A-B, to a C minus student. Of course, he'll argue he just needs more practice (North Korea? Iran? Syria?).
