And now for something completely off the wall different

While I'm still working on that Field Poll analysis, I have a sleeping baby on my lap which makes typing a bit more challenging, so I might put it off for a few minutes. In the meantime, I have a project I'll be working on this afternoon in between posts, and I need your help.

I now have no fewer than a dozen medium sized zucchinis. I haven't opened my veggie stand yet, as only the lettuce, zucchini and some Hungarian wax peppers are ripe, so have just been collecting zucchini in my kitchen island sink. Today, my plans are to make zucchini bread, muffins, cookies, anything tasty and palatable to youngsters and adults alike. I need your granny's favorite summer squash recipes. Email, put them in comments, link to your site. I have three rows of zucchini in the garden this summer, and so far, all this is from the two plants which have thus matured. Help!

As a bonus, those recipes which work best, will be featured here later in the blogathon. And anyone in the Portland area is welcome to drop by for a tasting.

Yes, but aren't you in the wrong Portland area for me? What a tease....

Since I'll be the one with all the yummy zucchini bread, I'd say you're in the wrong Portland ;-D.

Too bad Fedex doesn't deliver on Sundays...
